When a course is not the answer
Sometimes the reason nobody follows the procedure is that the procedure is wrong, or nobody owns it, or the system makes the right thing slower than the wrong thing. No amount of training fixes that. This is the work we do instead.

- Training needs analysis
- Before you buy a programme, find out whether one will help. We interview the people doing the work, look at what actually goes wrong, and come back with a written view, including when the answer is that training is not the constraint.
- Framework design and review
- Risk registers that nobody uses, procedures nobody follows, reporting packs nobody reads. We rebuild the artefact around how the work is really done, then train the people who have to run it.
- Capability building programmes
- Multi-month sequences rather than a single course, where a function has to move a long way. Designed with checkpoints so you can see movement before the last invoice.
- Implementation support
- The weeks after a course are where change is won or lost. Scheduled follow up sessions and clinics, so people have somewhere to take the first real problem they hit.
How this is priced
Consultancy is not on the fee schedule, because the work is not standard. It is scoped and quoted in writing after a conversation about what you are actually trying to change. We will tell you if the piece is small enough that you do not need us for it.
