Absenteeism Management Reporting and Analytics
Human Resources|3 days|Classroom or live online
Absenteeism Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through employee wellness and employment equity reporting and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with talent acquisition, change management and job evaluation and grading in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put talent acquisition on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Skills Development Act
- Review change management and say plainly whether it is working
- Explain job evaluation and grading to someone who does not do the work
- Take ownership of skills development planning rather than escalating it
