This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into technical record keeping, internal auditing and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 9001. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with laboratory safety, quality management systems and reagent management in their own organisation.
