Advanced Anti Money Laundering
Risk and Compliance|5 days|Classroom or live online
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into risk identification, risk appetite and tolerance and the judgement calls that sit outside COSO ERM. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because risk registers are widely maintained and rarely used in an actual decision. Delegates leave able to work confidently with third party risk, risk culture and scenario analysis in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring third party risk into line with current good practice, measured against COSO ERM
- Take ownership of risk culture rather than escalating it
- Put scenario analysis on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Spot where crisis management is failing before it becomes a finding
