This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into regulatory compliance, contract lifecycle management and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with service level agreements, contract drafting and employment law in their own organisation.
