This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into capital budgeting, treasury operations and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS for SMEs. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with fraud detection, management accounting and cash flow forecasting in their own organisation.
