This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into contract interpretation, employment law and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute. Delegates leave able to work confidently with service level agreements, liability and indemnity and data protection under POPIA in their own organisation.
