This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into cost allocation, impairment testing and the judgement calls that sit outside GRAP for public entities. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with consolidation, financial modelling and fraud detection in their own organisation.
