This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into fraud detection, management accounting and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with revenue recognition, cash flow forecasting and treasury operations in their own organisation.
