This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into hazard identification, safety culture and the judgement calls that sit outside the Construction Regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with confined space entry, waste management and legal appointments and duties in their own organisation.
