It goes past the basics into crisis management, risk reporting to the board and the judgement calls that sit outside the Basel framework. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity. Delegates leave able to work confidently with risk identification, regulatory reporting and risk culture in their own organisation.
