Advanced Communication Measurement
Communications and Public Relations|5 days|Classroom or live online
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into media relations, spokesperson training and the judgement calls that sit outside recognised crisis communication protocols. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond. Delegates leave able to work confidently with message development, interview technique and investor communication in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring message development into line with current good practice, measured against recognised crisis communication protocols
- Explain interview technique to someone who does not do the work
- Spot where investor communication is failing before it becomes a finding
- Review issues management and say plainly whether it is working
