This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into commercial law fundamentals, competition law and the judgement calls that sit outside established contract law principles. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute. Delegates leave able to work confidently with data protection under POPIA, board procedure and company secretarial practice in their own organisation.
