This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into cost allocation, working capital management and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with lease accounting, impairment testing and treasury operations in their own organisation.
