This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into arbitration and mediation, commercial law fundamentals and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute. Delegates leave able to work confidently with liability and indemnity, cross-border contracting and contract interpretation in their own organisation.
