This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into warehouse operations, supplier development and the judgement calls that sit outside the CIPS professional standard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with e-procurement systems, supplier performance measurement and supply risk assessment in their own organisation.
