This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into cross-border contracting, contract interpretation and the judgement calls that sit outside established contract law principles. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with commercial law fundamentals, data protection under POPIA and corporate governance in their own organisation.
