This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into arbitration and mediation, contract lifecycle management and the judgement calls that sit outside POPIA. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with competition law, legal risk assessment and contract drafting in their own organisation.
