This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into contract negotiation, logistics management and the judgement calls that sit outside the CIPS professional standard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier development, ethical sourcing and contract administration in their own organisation.
