This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into bid adjudication, strategic sourcing and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 20400 on sustainable procurement. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supply risk assessment, supplier performance measurement and ethical sourcing in their own organisation.
