This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into KPI definition, dashboard design and the judgement calls that sit outside recognised data governance frameworks. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning. Delegates leave able to work confidently with DAX and calculated measures, data governance and forecasting techniques in their own organisation.
