This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into deferred tax, lease accounting and the judgement calls that sit outside GRAP for public entities. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because audit findings are now a reputational matter as much as a technical one. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working capital management, budgeting and variance analysis and management accounting in their own organisation.
