This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into supplier development, total cost of ownership and the judgement calls that sit outside the CIPS professional standard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier relationship management, contract negotiation and ethical sourcing in their own organisation.
