This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into corporate governance, intellectual property and the judgement calls that sit outside POPIA. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with commercial law fundamentals, contract drafting and dispute resolution in their own organisation.
