This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into liability and indemnity, company secretarial practice and the judgement calls that sit outside King IV. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation. Delegates leave able to work confidently with service level agreements, intellectual property and legal risk assessment in their own organisation.
