This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into capital budgeting, consolidation and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with treasury operations, budgeting and variance analysis and financial statement preparation in their own organisation.
