This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into consolidation, financial statement preparation and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working capital management, deferred tax and internal controls in their own organisation.
