This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into toolbox talks, personal protective equipment and the judgement calls that sit outside the Construction Regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with environmental impact assessment, waste management and safety management systems in their own organisation.
