Advanced First Aid Programme Management

This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into safety management systems, confined space entry and the judgement calls that sit outside the Occupational Health and Safety Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because environmental obligations are increasingly enforced against named individuals. Delegates leave able to work confidently with safety auditing, contractor safety management and safety culture in their own organisation.

- Review safety auditing and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Improve contractor safety management within their own organisation

Per delegate, for the full 5 days. Covers tuition, course materials and refreshments. Excludes travel and accommodation.
