It goes past the basics into warehouse operations, e-procurement systems and the judgement calls that sit outside the PFMA and MFMA supply chain regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with logistics management, supplier relationship management and bid adjudication in their own organisation.
