Advanced Fraud Risk Management
Risk and Compliance|5 days|Classroom or live online
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into control testing, fraud risk management and the judgement calls that sit outside the Basel framework. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because compliance obligations have multiplied faster than compliance capacity. Delegates leave able to work confidently with compliance monitoring, risk appetite and tolerance and key risk indicators in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put compliance monitoring on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against the Basel framework
- Explain risk appetite and tolerance to someone who does not do the work
- Make a decision about key risk indicators without waiting for a specialist
- Improve scenario analysis within their own organisation
