This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into impairment testing, deferred tax and the judgement calls that sit outside the Companies Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with revenue recognition, internal controls and budgeting and variance analysis in their own organisation.
