This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into proficiency testing, equipment calibration and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 17025. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence. Delegates leave able to work confidently with reagent management, laboratory safety and data integrity in their own organisation.
