This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into measurement uncertainty, technical record keeping and the judgement calls that sit outside good laboratory practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with non-conformance management, root cause analysis and internal auditing in their own organisation.
