It goes past the basics into sample handling and chain of custody, measurement uncertainty and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 9001. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because method validation is frequently treated as paperwork rather than as evidence. Delegates leave able to work confidently with method validation, non-conformance management and laboratory safety in their own organisation.
