This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into competition law, service level agreements and the judgement calls that sit outside POPIA. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors. Delegates leave able to work confidently with contract drafting, dispute resolution and employment law in their own organisation.
