This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into impairment testing, revenue recognition and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS for SMEs. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting standards keep moving and finance teams carry the consequence of getting them wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with internal controls, management accounting and audit readiness in their own organisation.
