This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into asset management, intergovernmental relations and the judgement calls that sit outside the MFMA. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because officials are held personally accountable under legislation many have never been trained on. Delegates leave able to work confidently with public finance management, consequence management and supply chain compliance in government in their own organisation.
