This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into toolbox talks, root cause analysis and the judgement calls that sit outside the Construction Regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because safety systems are often documented to a standard that daily practice does not match. Delegates leave able to work confidently with working at height, contractor safety management and hazard identification in their own organisation.

- Review working at height and say plainly whether it is working, measured against the Construction Regulations
- Explain contractor safety management to someone who does not do the work
- Spot where hazard identification is failing before it becomes a finding
- Put environmental impact assessment on a footing they can defend to a reviewer

Per delegate, for the full 5 days. Covers tuition, course materials and refreshments. Excludes travel and accommodation.
