This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into KPI definition, self service analytics and the judgement calls that sit outside recognised data governance frameworks. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because analysts are frequently self taught in the tool and untrained in the reasoning. Delegates leave able to work confidently with statistical fundamentals, spreadsheet controls and visual encoding choices in their own organisation.
