It goes past the basics into scope definition, work breakdown structure and the judgement calls that sit outside agile delivery practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder communication, cost estimation and risk registers in their own organisation.
