This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into project initiation, agile and scrum practice and the judgement calls that sit outside agile delivery practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because most project failure is visible in the schedule long before it is admitted in the status report. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder communication, scheduling and project closure in their own organisation.
