This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into dashboard design, data quality management and the judgement calls that sit outside recognised data governance frameworks. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because reporting effort scales badly when the underlying model is wrong. Delegates leave able to work confidently with data warehouse concepts, forecasting techniques and report automation in their own organisation.
