This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into scenario analysis, risk assessment methodology and the judgement calls that sit outside the three lines model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because boards are being asked to evidence oversight, not merely assert it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with crisis management, risk culture and control testing in their own organisation.
