This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into tender evaluation, e-procurement systems and the judgement calls that sit outside the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supply risk assessment, logistics management and total cost of ownership in their own organisation.
