This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into category management, supplier development and the judgement calls that sit outside the PFMA and MFMA supply chain regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier performance measurement, inventory optimisation and total cost of ownership in their own organisation.
