This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into cost allocation, budgeting and variance analysis and the judgement calls that sit outside IFRS. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because boards increasingly expect finance to explain the business, not only report on it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with financial instruments, working capital management and cash flow forecasting in their own organisation.
