Advanced Technical Record Keeping
5 days|Delivered on request
This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into technical record keeping, sample handling and chain of custody and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 17025. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training. Delegates leave able to work confidently with method validation, laboratory design and supplier qualification in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put method validation on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against ISO 17025
- Review laboratory design and say plainly whether it is working
- Spot where supplier qualification is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of proficiency testing rather than escalating it
