It goes past the basics into bid adjudication, tender evaluation and the judgement calls that sit outside the PFMA and MFMA supply chain regulations. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because category spend is one of the few remaining places to find margin without cutting headcount. Delegates leave able to work confidently with logistics management, supplier development and contract negotiation in their own organisation.
