This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into total cost of ownership, strategic sourcing and the judgement calls that sit outside ISO 20400 on sustainable procurement. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception. Delegates leave able to work confidently with logistics management, demand planning and bid adjudication in their own organisation.
